Scarlet Flame Candles

Candle Making Process

Scarlet Flame candles are made from all natural 100% soy wax with a braided cotton wick designed to provide a consistent burn. Soy wax inherently burns slower than many other wax types giving you a longer burning candle. Each candle is crafted with a 7.5% fragrance load in sleek, heat-resistant jars ensuring that your scented candle is fragrant and ambient. Candles are tested in house to make sure you receive the best smelling candle!

Candle Care Tips

  • Candle Care Tip #1

Tunneling is what happens when only a small portion of the wax around the wick melts instead of the entire surface area. This can happen with a poorly made candle or from not buring your candle long enough. To avoid tunneling be sure to burn your candle for about 3 to 4 hours each session allowing the wax to melt all the way to the container edges.

  • Candle Care Tip #2

Life can be unpredictable. Be sure to keep your candle away from children & pets to keep everyone safe.

  • Candle Care Tip #3

To ensure the safety and integrity of your candle vessel, do not burn your candle longer than 4 hours.

  • Candle Care Tip #4

Trimming your candle wick to 1/4 inch before every burn will help keep the flame under control and ensure a consistent burn through the session.

  • Candle Care Tip #5

Always burn your candle within sight. Never leave it unattended.

  • Candle Care Tip #6

Burn on a stable, flat surface to make sure the candle burns consistently and safely.
